A lot of people have been asking us to pursue legal action against those who have been attacking the company and its stockholders through online activities. Let it be known that AEHI has filed a complaint with the Idaho Attorney General's office explaining the situation and all the people involved by name. We look forward to any interaction with the state that involves the protection of our investors.to any interaction with the state that involves the protection of our investors.rward to any interaction with the state that involves the protection of our investors.

Re: Attacks on AEHI and AEHI's Response
I would like to know the activities and responses of the attackers on AEHI. Does this just pertain to the idaho project?

Re: Attacks on AEHI and AEHI's Response
Hi Shain,
Thanks for commenting. As of this writing, we have to be very careful what we say publicly for now. This is typical of any company that has a legal department (and every company does these days). I understand your desire for more information and would feel the same way myself if I were you.
This I can tell you. AEHI is an open book and we have nothing to hide. We invite people to check us out and to ask us questions. Some questions cannot be answered immediately (for example if the company was about to sign a key agreement and we were bound to nondisclosure agreements), but as soon as we can go public with information we always do.
So for now I ask for your patience and hope that you can understand. In the meantime, please take some time to read up on all of the legitimate information about the company that is publicly available. I think that you will be impressed by our plans, our allies, and the accomplishments of our leaders.
Thanks!

Re: Attacks on AEHI and AEHI's Response
How will the event in Japan have an impact on how AEHI moves forward with the Idaho Project?

Re: Attacks on AEHI and AEHI's Response
While no person can predict the future, AEHI is still commited to the project and there has been a lot of support. President Obama himself has made it clear that the events in Japan should not stop nuclear power here in the U.S. You can find video of the president on youtube.
