www.ceocfointerviews.com Interviews Don Gillispie, President, CEO and Chairman of Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc.

Interview conducted by: Bud Wayne, Editorial Executive, CEOCFOinterviews.com, Published – December 3, 2010

CEOCFO: Mr. Gillispie, would you give us a little history of Alternate Energy Holdings and tell us your vision?

Mr. Gillispie: I had retired as an energy executive a number of years ago and I had worked mostly in the nuclear energy area. I was a little frustrated that the country had not relaunched nuclear power plants in the United States. I went to a conference that I use to go to when I worked more actively; it was a CEO conference for the nuclear utilities CEOs and it is held annually in Atlanta, Georgia. In late 2004, I attended that and I saw some old friends, which was part of the reason that I went, but I wanted to ask a silly question of these CEOs and Chief Nuclear Officers. I wanted to know when we were going to build a new nuclear plant, because we hadn’t built one since before Three Mile Island. I felt that we should be back doing it again because it was a good technology, it would help with global warming, it was low cost energy and it was reliable. Well the consistent answer among the utilities, which tend to be somewhat conservative in their thinking, is that thy though that it is a good idea, but they didn’t want to be first. They wanted someone else to take the flack.

P & Z Commissioner to Snake River Alliance: "I'm offended."

Posted by George Prentice on Fri, Dec 3, 2010 at 10:57 AM

A half-dozen representatives from the Snake River Alliance took to the microphone to question the proposed plant's stress on water, Idaho's need for more power and the economic feasibility of bringing highly skilled jobs into a rural setting.

About three hours into the marathon, Payette P&Z Commissioner Farrell Rawlings said he had heard enough from the Alliance.

"Our governor is in favor of this. Every mayor in this county is in favor of this. I'm offended that there's not one positive thing that you and your group has contributed to this discussion," said Rawlings.

Audio Interview of AEHI CEO Don Gillispie by Wallstreet Reporter

November 12, 2010 - The Wall Street Reporter interviews Alternative Energy Holdings Inc. CEO Don Gillispie. Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc. (AEHI) is a unique corporation founded by former senior executives in the utility and finance industries specifically to address the mounting ‘energy crisis’ affecting the US economy and standard of living today. Alternate Energy Holdings Will Likely Benefit from November Elections, Global Energy and Water Crisis, says WallStreetCorner.com

BOISE, Idaho, October 25, 2010 - Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: AEHI) (www.aehipower.com/), which develops and markets innovative clean energy sources, is "positioned to be a successful emerging growth company because after the November elections, the next U.S. Congress, newly-elected governors and state legislatures are predicted to be more favorable to helping the U.S. nuclear power sector grow, ushering in a new pro-nuclear power era.

The global scarcity of water and energy is another reason why AEHI will certainly prosper and prove to be a winner in the years ahead," stated Larry Oakley, Editor and Publisher of WallStreetCorner.com (www.wallstreetcorner.com/daily.html) in a special situation column, "Larry Oakley's Comment," published today. Questions and answers from a college student to the CEO

BY:

TNT - October 20th, 2010 - 10:41 AM - More Energy Blogs

A local college working on a group project thought it smart to get some facts from the company itself. And when approached by reason Mr Gillispie will find time to educate.

Questions:

How much power does a reactor of this type produce?

Depending on the design from 800 to 1700 MWe for todays reactors.

What are the safety features of this reactor?

The reactor is an advanced generation 3 plus reactor with double containment making any release of material virtually impossible. No one has ever been killed or harmed from a western style nuclear reactor which are over 95% of the worlds reactors after almost 100,000 reactor years of operation including western military reactors.

By Justin Kuepper · Tuesday, October 12th, 2010

Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: AEHI), a development-stage company focused on building a nuclear power plant in Idaho and desalination reactors, as well as commercializing other green energy solutions when compared to companies such as Duke Energy Corp (NYSE:DUK) and Entergy Corp (NYSE:ETR), is a well positioned company focusing in one of the most promising yet misunderstood forms of power on earth. Don Gillispie on Korean TV

In January 2010 AEHI CEO Don Gillispie made a trip to South Korea to broker a deal to import Korean-made APR 1400 reactors to the United States.

While he was there the Korean media caught wind of Gillispie's business trip and began scheduling him for interviews.

He was interviewed for both print and television and while this story is in Korean, it demonstrates the importance the media there has placed on AEHI and the potential for the company to start bringing the Korean reactor to the U.S. marketplace.

Energy Neutral on Fox12

In November 2009, KTRV Fox12 in Boise featured this story on the Energy Neutral home, which at the time was just beign built.

The construction gained interest because it was and still is tauted as a renewable-energy home, which creates more power than it uses and most importantly, was being built for about he same price as a comparable traditional home.

Energy Neutral™ Open House

May 3, 2010 -- We had a great turnout for the open house on May 3. A lot of interest in the Energy Neutral™ home. This is an effort that truly proves renewables can be used reliable, efficiently and affordably.

Matt Loveless from KTRV Fox12 came to the event and published this report on Fox12 news later that night.

President Obama on nuclear power

In February 2010, President Barack Obama made his stand on nuclear power very clear.

He said what most of us have been saying all along, that this country needs nuclear power because it's clean and can produce the kind of baseload power the United States needs now and in the years to come.

Investing In The company

Why Invest
We at Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc. (AEHI:QB) are dedicated to providing you with beneficial investor information and support.

The unique opportunity presented by AEHI allows for investment in a pure nuclear operating company without paying for the bureaucracy and high stock cost of a large utility. While coal, oil, and natural gas have all been on a marked and consistent incline over the past several years, the cost of electricity produced by nuclear plants has decreased 15% - due in part to fuel costs being a significantly smaller part of production costs. In addition to investing in the first advanced commercial nuclear power plant to be constructed in the US, your investment will give you exposure to AEHI’s latest alternate energy ideas brought to market.

Originally based out of Virginia, AEHI moved to Eagle, Idaho in January 2008. The company began trading September 20, 2006 and is most notably the parent company of a developing nuclear power plant in Payette County, Idaho; a $10 billion dual-generation nuclear power plant. AEHI’s business strategy focuses on the development of clean, reliable, cost-effective energy sources to reduce both global warming and US dependence on foreign power, providing exceptional value to both investors and consumers.
