Payette Nuclear Power Plant
Click to view map of area

This project involves building a nuclear power plant on a 5,300 acre parcel near Big Willow Road and Stone Quarry Road in Payette County, Idaho. The nearest town is New Plymouth, Idaho.

The proposed plant would include two units powered by South Korean-made APR 1400 reactors.

Currently the site is undergoing the local site approval process, which involves changing the county's comprehensive plan and eventually rezoning the property from agricultural to industrial.

We have also proposed equipping this plant so it can create medical isotopes, if current shortages still exist. We have signed an agreement with Source Capital Group to raise money for the project.

To that end, Energy Neutral™ will identify and coordinate with the best-in-class wind, solar, and technology suppliers to put the right products in place for the customer. The company is launching its first energy neutral home in October 2009 in Boise, Idaho to demonstrate the technology.View Website

Colorado Energy Park

The Colorado Energy Park will be a 21,444-acre site devoted to nuclear and solar generation in Pueblo County; excess reactor heat may also be used for biofuels production.

The location's proximity to water, rail, existing power infrastructure and its exposure to abundant sun make it the ideal site for a diversified power facility. AEHI executives have visited Colorado to meet with key county and state leaders to ascertain the support for a combination nuclear and solar power plant in Pueblo County.

Colorado currently does not have an operating nuclear plant but has a strong commitment to clean energy sources to address climate change.

AEHI China Ltd

A joint venture with private investors, AEHI China Ltd. has an office in the Chaoyang central business district of Beijing to facilitate institutional investors for AEHI projects and joint ventures with Asian companies for nuclear plant components and other energy-related projects with US companies.

Initiatives are already bearing fruit as the company has been given a Letter of Intent(LOI) and MOU respectively from China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and The Association of Nuclear Power Equipment Manufacturers of Changzhou, among others in China, to work together to produce numerous nuclear plant components such as stainless steel piping, pumps, motors, valves, etc., for export.

International Reactors, Inc

International Reactors, Inc. (IRI) is a corporation formed to assist developing countries with power generation, as well as the production of potable water.

Founded in November 2007, IRI seeks to construct commercial nuclear reactors on oceanfront sites, particularly in Latin America and western-friendly Middle Eastern countries, in order to co-generate clean energy and desalinated water.

IRI recognizes the growing need for reliable, affordable electricity in underdeveloped nations, and the company believes that the technology of advanced nuclear plants can be used to address these energy needs while simultaneously producing fresh water from these plants’ ocean intake.
